BSR Rumberg was founded in 1986 by Friedhelm Rumberg. Since then, his bakery in Bochum has also been using the PCBack software package. First with the DOS version and today with PCBack Office. Friedhelm Rumberg also played a key role in the further development of the system in the following years. Today he is available to provide advice and support when it comes to the use of computer technology and software in the bakery trade.

1996: Who still remembers the BIB recipe exchange? The BIB recipe exchange was developed by us for Boehringer Ingelheim Backmittel GmbH as a PC service system for the bakery trade. Every baker could receive the BIB disk with the PC program and the Boehringer recipe data for a license fee and thus use recipe processing for his needs in his baking business. According to the nutritional labeling regulations of October 1995, nutritional information for the products could be determined and displayed in the recipe exchange.

1996: Who still remembers the Martin BRAUN recipe exchange? The recipe exchange was developed by us for MARTIN BRAUN Backmittel und Essenzen KG. Every baker was able to receive the program disk with the recipe exchange and the MARTIN BRAUN recipe data for their own use.
